Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: Yes! sure, we only offer refunds if the product you received is faulty or damaged, just reach out to us within 14 days of placing your order and you will get a refund.

Refunds will be paid into the account that was used on the original order.

Card refunds can take between 5 - 10 days to show into your account.

Please Note: We do not offer refunds for change of mind due to hygiene purposes.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: You will be emailed your receipt immediately after you placed your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number. At each step along the way, you can use it to see where your parcel is located by going to our  Track Order page.

Q: Do you provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

A: Absolutely! If you do not like the product contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed!
